We are looking for passionate and dedicated Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Job Description:

As a the Inside Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company.

 Responsibilities:

• Tasked with dealing with customers in the showroom to handling inbound calls from prospective and existing clients concerning inquiries about sales products, successfully converting interest calls into scheduled leads.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries.
• Inform homeowners about available products and services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Reach out to customers after proposals have been delivered to address any remaining questions and arrange further sales visits or convert the proposal into finalized work.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Experience with Napoleon product is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and able to working independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, and Marketing /Social Media Skills would come as an asset.
