Shipping & Deliveries

Kawartha Clean Air & Burning Sensations Home Comfort Centre maintains a large inventory of Barbeques, Fireplaces and HVAC and Grill Accessories in order to reduce shipping times.

Orders consisting of in-stock items range from 3-12 business days to reach a customer. Customers will be contacted if a purchased item is not in-stock or if there is reason to believe the item cannot be delivered within the above specified time frame based on ordering from the manufacturer.

Larger and heavier items are shipped by our own delivery trucks within Peterborough City Limits or as agreed with the customer:

Rates:

Store pickup and no assembly – Free
Store pickup and assembly – $75
Local zone delivery and no assembly – $75
Local zone delivery and assembly – $125

Note – above orders with smaller and lighter grill accessories will be delivered at the same time.

For small and lighter packages, will be pick-up only unless other arrangements have been agreed to.

If you choose parcel shipping, we will use Canada Post and they will provide order tracking services. When your order has shipped, you will receive and email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the link provided and entering your tracking number.
